THE FIELD GUARANTEE
We stand by every piece of gear we sell. If it doesn't perform to your expectations in the field, you have 60 days to return it for a full refund or exchange.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email returns@dustlinegear.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for packing your gear.
Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
RETURN CONDITIONS
While we want you to test your gear, items must be returned in reasonably clean condition and in their original packaging whenever possible. Heavily damaged or modified items may not be eligible for a full refund.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: We offer free exchanges if you need a different size or a similar product. We'll ship your exchange as soon as the return tracking updates.
OVERSIZED ITEM RETURNS
Returns for freight items (rooftop tents, etc.) may incur a restocking fee and require specialized pickup. Please contact us before attempting to ship these items back.
